 nd relax\, the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, c
 himes\, flutes\, drums\, and gong will gently guide you inward\, inviting 
 your body\, mind\, and spirit into a state of profound harmony.\n\nThese i
 nstruments are intentionally chosen not only for their sound but for their
  ability to calm the nervous system\, support energetic grounding\, and he
 lp release what you're carrying.\n\nWe’ll begin with a short guided medi
 tation to help you release tension\, connect to your breath\, and settle f
 ully into the present moment. From there\, the soundscape takes over - lay
 ered vibrations and tones weaving together to create an experience that so
 othes the nervous system and nourishes the soul.\n\nNo meditation experien
